1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Catur777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Catur777 online gaming platform available at catur777.cam, including all associated services, software, games, promotions, and content.

Catur777 has operated as a trusted online casino and sports betting platform serving Malaysian players since 2016. The platform is accessible throughout Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Catur777 platform immediately.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Catur777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in gambling activities as applied by Catur777.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory as defined by the Platform from time to time.
4. You are registering on your own behalf, for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party.
5. You do not currently hold another active Catur777 Account. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
6. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally through any regulatory body or self-exclusion register.
7. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Catur777 or its affiliated companies.
8. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify Catur777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Catur777 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Catur777 Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Catur777 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests above RM1,000, or at any time at the Platform's discretion. Acceptable verification documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account linked to the registered account)

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Catur777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are also supported.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Catur777 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards issued in third-party names, or anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM30,000 per transaction (higher limits available for verified VIP Players).
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• Catur777 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes and FPX/DuitNow bank transfers within 5–15 minutes. These are targets, not guaranteed timeframes.
• Players with outstanding bonus wagering requirements cannot withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play until the rollover is fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by Catur777 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Maximum Bet: When a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or spin is capped at RM300 (or as specified in the individual promotion terms). Exceeding this limit while on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Exact contributions are stated in promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of activation as specified per promotion. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings (e.g., up to MYR 2,880). Any winnings in excess of this cap are not withdrawable and will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• One Bonus Per Player: Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Catur777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or systematically hedged bets to meet wagering requirements (known as "bonus washing"), or any other behaviour that the Platform determines to be in breach of the spirit of these Terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on Catur777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Catur777 covers football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL), UFC, basketball, tennis, and other sports markets. In-play bets are accepted at live prices and are subject to bet acceptance confirmation. Catur777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stake sizes at its discretion.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino game outcomes on Catur777 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by the physical results of the live game action. Catur777 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. Catur777 reserves the right to void or cancel bets in circumstances including: technical errors, palpable odds errors, corrupted game data, or where the integrity of a sporting event is compromised.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Catur777 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Catur777 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or make gaming decisions
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies ("arbing") with the intent to generate guaranteed profit
• Abusing bonus promotions through multi-accounting or systematic low-risk wagering patterns
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to conduct any criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

9 Responsible Gambling

Catur777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account via the settings menu.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders of time spent playing at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all future marketing communications. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Catur777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catur777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Catur777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of service downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events. Where technically possible, maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

Catur777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the date on which the claim arises.

12 Privacy & Data

Catur777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Catur777 uses your data to operate your Account, process payments, prevent fraud, meet regulatory compliance obligations, and (where you have opted in) send you promotional communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by Catur777

Catur777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Catur777 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no withdrawable balance restrictions apply.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, any unclaimed bonus balances, pending bonus wagering requirements, and bonus-derived winnings will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned as described above.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Catur777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Catur777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to Catur777's internal dispute resolution team.

Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact [email protected] with full details of the complaint. Catur777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the relevant third-party dispute resolution body or licensing authority as specified under Catur777's operating licence conditions.
